Crow Vision ('we', 'us', 'our') operates the Crow Vision education platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment details, learning activity), information collected automatically (usage data, device information), and information from third-party services (Google OAuth, Stripe).
3. How We Use Your Information
To deliver and improve our educational services, to personalize your learning experience through AI, to process payments, to communicate with you about your account and progress, and to send educational content.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (AI personalization). We do not sell your data to any third party.
5. Children's Privacy
Our platform serves students ages 13 and above. Users under 13 require verified parental consent. Parents of users under 16 may request access, correction, or deletion of their child's data by contacting y.hong@crowvision.org.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and data, export your data in a portable format, and opt out of marketing communications. Request any of these through Account Settings or by emailing y.hong@crowvision.org.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years. Payment records are retained as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
