1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Crow Vision platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. Students under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and accept these terms on their behalf.
2. The service
Crow Vision provides AI-based English speaking assessment and practice. The service includes real-time voice conversation with an AI tutor, transcription of those conversations, and AI-generated feedback and scores intended to support English learning.
3. Voice recordings and data
Use of speaking practice involves the collection and processing of your voice recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated scores, as described in our Privacy Policy. Transcripts and scores may be shared with the student's teacher and, for minor students, the parent or guardian on the account.
4. AI-generated scores and feedback
Scores and feedback produced by the platform are AI-generated estimates intended to guide practice. They are not professional certifications, guarantees of proficiency, or formal language assessments, and should not be relied upon as such.
5. Accounts and minors
Students under 18 may only use the platform with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the student's account and consents to the collection and processing of the student's data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt the service, submitting content that is unlawful or harmful, or using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crow Vision is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, including the AI-generated scores and feedback provided.
