Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

7-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Crow Vision for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you're entitled to a full refund of your subscription payment. This applies to new customers only — renewal payments and subsequent subscriptions are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee.

Partial Refunds After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period, refunds are at Crow Vision's discretion and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be granted based on unused time remaining in your billing cycle, minus any sessions already delivered. The amount refunded decreases each month you've been subscribed.

Sessions Already Attended Are Non-Refundable

Once a live teaching session has been delivered and attended (or marked as a no-show with documented attendance records), that session is non-refundable. Refund calculations are based on undelivered sessions only. AI practice sessions (Sentinel) are included in your subscription and are not billed per-session — they do not affect refund amounts.

Cancellations Stop Future Charges Only

When you cancel your subscription, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — it simply prevents future charges. If you believe you're owed a refund for unused time, submit a refund request from your dashboard or contact us directly.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests can be submitted directly from your student or parent dashboard. Provide the reason for your request and the amount you believe should be refunded. All requests are reviewed by our team, typically within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification when a decision is made.

Stripe Disputes (Chargebacks)

If you file a dispute with your bank or credit card company rather than requesting a refund through us, we are required to respond through Stripe's formal dispute process. This can take significantly longer than our internal refund process. We encourage you to contact us first — we're committed to fair resolutions without the delays and complications of formal disputes.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made at Crow Vision's sole discretion in cases of documented teacher no-shows, platform outages lasting more than 24 hours, or billing errors on our part. Each situation is reviewed individually.

Attorney Review

This policy has been drafted for clarity and fairness. It has not yet been reviewed by outside legal counsel. A final version will be posted following attorney review. Until then, this policy serves as our operational refund framework.
