1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Crow Vision platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree on your behalf.
2. Service Description
Crow Vision provides live online English (ESL) classes for all ages, AI and cybersecurity education, a collaborative coding platform (The Forge), and a 14-day summer camp program in Boston, Massachusetts for students ages 13–18.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at y.hong@crowvision.org.
4. Student Conduct
You agree not to share account access, harass other users, submit plagiarised code, or engage in any activity that violates our Community Guidelines. Repeated violations result in account suspension.
5. AI-Generated Content
Crow Vision uses AI models (including CROW Vision Sentinel) to generate educational content, code reviews, and lesson suggestions. AI output may contain errors. It is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. Students remain responsible for verifying AI feedback.
6. Intellectual Property of Student Projects
Students retain full ownership of projects, code, and written work they create using the Crow Vision platform. By publishing a project to the community feed, you grant Crow Vision a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for educational purposes. You may remove your projects at any time.
7. Data Privacy
Crow Vision collects only the data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell personal data. Student data for users under 18 is handled in compliance with COPPA and GDPR. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
8. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Summer camp fees are due according to the payment plan selected at registration. All prices are in USD.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America.
